    A full-size body-weight massage tool designed to apply stable, multi-point pressure across the muscles of the back and gluteal area.

    • Fourteen rounded contact nodes provide multiple points of pressure at the same time.
    • A central channel helps position the nodes on the muscles beside the spine rather than directly over it.
    • The rounded base allows small rocking movements to change the contact and intensity.
    • The substantial 4.5 lb silicone body stays stable during use and flexes under body weight.
    • Non-electric, UK-patented design backed by a 15-year warranty.

    Best for: People who prefer firm, broad multi-point pressure and want a stable tool for regular home use.

    Not ideal for: Anyone looking for a soft lumbar cushion, powered massage, or a small pinpoint tool.

    Designed Around the Problem

    Small massage balls can roll away as you change position. Foam rollers require more whole-body movement and often spread pressure across a wider surface. Handheld tools can also require twisting and continuous arm effort.

    We designed a stable body-weight tool with paired contact points on both sides of a central channel. The broad structure stays beneath you while the rounded base allows small, controlled adjustments instead of constant rolling.

    • Fourteen Contact Nodes

      Fourteen rounded nodes create several points of contact at once, allowing pressure to be distributed across a broader section of the back or gluteal area.

    • Spine-Aware Layout

      The nodes are arranged on both sides of a central channel, helping you position the contact areas on the muscles beside the spine rather than directly over it.

    • Controlled Rocking Base

      The rounded underside allows small rocking movements, so you can change the contact gradually without relying on a rolling ball or powered mechanism.

    How to Use

    Start on a bed or another padded surface. Place the massager across the body and align the central channel with your spine before lowering yourself onto it slowly.

    Keep your knees bent and your feet supported. Use your feet to make very small movements rather than rolling quickly across the tool.

    Begin with only a few minutes in one area. Lift your body away from the nodes before moving the massager to a new position.

    A folded towel can reduce the pressure while you learn the placement. A firmer surface will make the contact feel more intense.

    • This may suit you if

      • You prefer firm, sustained pressure rather than vibration.
      • You want several points of contact across the back or gluteal area.
      • You find small massage balls difficult to keep in place.
      • You are comfortable lying down and adjusting your own position.
      • You want a substantial, non-electric tool for repeated home use.
    • Consider another option if

      • You are looking for a soft lumbar support pillow.
      • You want heat, vibration, or powered kneading.
      • You need a small and lightweight travel tool.
      • You prefer one narrow, highly focused contact point.
      • You cannot comfortably lower yourself onto the product or change position safely.
    • What to consider

      • The firm nodes can feel unfamiliar during the first few sessions.
      • Finding the best position may take several attempts.
      • Its 4.5 lb weight makes it better suited to home use than travel.
      • The broad multi-node design is less precise than a narrow elbow-style tool.
      • Individual fit, pressure preference, and comfort vary.
    • What it does well

      • Provides stable multi-point contact without constant hand effort.
      • Covers a broader area than a single massage ball.
      • Remains in position while you make small adjustments.
      • Can be used across different sections of the back and gluteal area.
      • Requires no batteries, charging, or motor.

    The Right Material for the Job

    A body-weight tool of this size needs both stability and controlled flexibility.

    • We selected food-grade silicone because the structure needed enough weight to remain in place, enough surface grip to reduce unwanted movement, and enough resilience to flex under pressure without behaving like soft foam.
    • The rounded nodes remain supportive while the body of the product provides limited give and returns toward its original form after the pressure is removed.
    • The material is part of how the product works—not simply how it looks.

    What to Expect

    Start Low. Go Slow. Use Consistently.

    This product is designed to provide stable, multi-point body-weight pressure across the back and gluteal muscles. With consistent use, it may help:

    • reduce the sensation of broad muscular tightness across the middle and lower back;
    • improve tolerance to pressure in the paraspinal and gluteal regions;
    • make it easier to relax guarded back muscles;
    • improve mobility by reducing the resistance that often builds up around stiff or overworked muscular areas;
    • support more comfortable movement and positional change after prolonged sitting or physical strain.

    Because it uses fourteen contact nodes rather than one narrow point, the effect is usually cumulative and broad rather than sharply localised. Many users notice that the back feels less rigid, less “armoured,” and easier to move after repeated sessions.

    FAQ

    How firm is the massager?

    The fourteen contact nodes are intentionally firm. The silicone body has controlled flexibility, but the product is not designed to feel like a soft cushion or foam roller.

    Where should I begin using it?

    Begin on a bed or padded surface with your knees bent and feet supported. Start with the product beneath lower back, where you can control your position more easily.

    How should I position it around my spine?

    Align the central channel with your spine so the raised nodes contact the muscles on either side. Do not place a raised node directly beneath the spine or another prominent bone.

    What should I do if the pressure feels too strong?

    Use a softer surface, place a folded towel between your body and the massager, or keep more of your weight supported through your feet. Move away from any position that feels sharp, numbing, or difficult to control.

    Can I use it on the floor?

    Yes, but a firm floor produces more intense contact. Become familiar with the product on a bed or padded surface before progressing to a firmer surface.

    How do I use the rocking base?

    Keep your knees bent and feet flat. Use a small push through your feet to shift your body slightly. The movement should be slow and limited rather than a large rolling motion.

    Can it be used on the gluteal area?

    Yes. Position the product beneath the muscular part of the gluteal area and shift your weight gradually toward one side. Avoid placing concentrated pressure directly on the sacrum, tailbone, hip bone, or any area producing radiating or nerve-like symptoms.

    How is this different from the Back Deep Tissue Massager?

    The Back Trigger Point Massager uses fourteen nodes to provide broader, multi-point contact and has a substantial all-silicone body.

    The Back Deep Tissue Massager has fewer, more concentrated contact areas and is designed to create a narrower, elbow-like style of pressure. Choose the Back Trigger Point Massager for broader multi-point contact, and the Back Deep Tissue Massager when you prefer more focused pressure

    Is it suitable for travel?

    At approximately 4.5 lb, it is primarily designed for regular home use. For a smaller and more portable option, consider the LittleMum Trigger Point Massage Ball.
